This policy explains what information PGLive collects, why, and the choices you have. "We" means PGLIVE.IN.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, password), details of your business and properties, and the records you enter about residents, such as contact details, emergency contacts and ID documents. We also collect basic technical data such as device and app version.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form we store your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), your message, the language you were using and your IP address, so that we can reply and keep spam out. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete it when you ask.
How we use it
To provide the service, send invoices and notifications, keep accounts secure, prevent misuse, provide support and improve the product.
Your residents' information
You decide what you record about your residents. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any needed consent to collect it. We process it on your behalf and do not use it for our own marketing.
Browser storage and cookies
We store your sign-in session and preferences in your browser's local storage, and your language choice in a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. These are needed for the service to work.
Mobile app
The Android app registers an installation identifier, your app version and, if you allow notifications, a push token, and links them to your account so we can deliver notifications and enforce updates.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. Resident rent is not collected through PGLive.
Notifications
We send service emails and, where you allow it, push notifications about your account, invoices and receipts.
Service providers
We use providers for hosting and file storage, email delivery, push notifications and payments. They process data only to provide those services to us.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation we keep it for a limited period (currently 30 days) so you can come back, and then it becomes eligible for deletion.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
