These terms apply when you use PGLive, provided by PGLIVE.IN. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
PGLive is software for managing PG and hostel properties, residents, billing and operations. Features are described on our website and may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure and for the actions of the staff you add.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts start with a free trial. After that, a fixed monthly plan is billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renews automatically until cancelled. A change to another fixed plan takes effect once the new plan is paid; there is no proration or refund of the previous period. A per-bed plan starts when you select it and is billed monthly in arrears for the beds you had, prorated by day.
Non-payment
If a payment fails we allow a short grace period. After that the account is paused and sign-in is blocked, while your data is kept.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the resident data you collect.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
